The California Transportation Commission (CTC) makes every attempt to ensure our documents are accessible. Due to variances between assistive technologies, there may be portions of a document which are not accessible. Where documents cannot be made accessible, we are committed to providing alternative access to the content. The Commission will provide assistive services including translation and interpretation in multiple languages, real-time captioning, transcription, large print, digital audio and/or video recordings, as well as Commission meeting materials in an accessible format for the visually impaired. To obtain services or copies in one of these alternate formats or language, please contact us at (916) 654-4245 or email@example.com. Arrangements should be made as soon as possible but no later than at least five working days prior to the scheduled meeting.
Over-the-Phone Language Interpretation:
The CTC is now offering LanguageLine Solutions, a tele-interpretation service that provides on-the-spot interpretative services. Please note that LanguageLine Solutions is not to be used for translation (written) services and only for interpretation (oral) services. After you’ve placed your call to the CTC, please indicate that you need interpretation services and let staff know which language is needed.
